I think telomere is the most important and critical factor which effect on aging since it appeared a lot as the indicator of aging during the discussions as well.
So I suggest genes related to telomeres directly linking the gene product to ageing in humans or telomere repeating related genes;
ERCC8, CNMA, TERC, TERF1, TERF2
