 Recently, I participated in a employment training for middle school students, as a staff to help course process. The subject career was florist, and I had a talk with a florist in break time. She said that the reason of unemployment of young people is that they have too high viewpoint. For me, that looks like a kind of complaint against the youngs, who don't show interest in florist. However we (students nowadays) did not learn to see the florist as a valuable job. It is same to many other jobs. Students cannot see any other ways, and the person who don't succeed with studying in system will be treated as a 'failure'. This is too scary things, therefore the youngs don't think about other ways and just study, like machine.
 It is chronic problem of education system of Korea (and I'm also a victim of this system actually). There is many kinds of jobs and careeres, however parents and teacher always make students to see only one of careers and push them in only one kind of roads. I can't sure where it comes from, but it is clear that the culture of '상명하복 (the superior commands and the junior obeys)', the twisted '장유유서(elders first)', makes students to 'machine', just obeying to elders and so just studying given course. In the research field that absolutely need to say own idea, it is just a poison.
