* case of Japan : Japanese education system is very similar to that of Korean. Both education are passive, but Japanese won lots of Novel Prizes. Then what makes the differences?

 

*system : most of the R&D investment goes to the engineering, not basic science. Novel Prizes is from the Basic Science. So If we want to win the Novel Prize, then we must invest more              on the basic science field.
