⇒ is a variation in a single nucleotide that occurs at a specific position in the genome, where each variation is present to some appreciable degree within a population.[1]

⇒ 한개의 염기서열이 바뀐 부분을 말한다

⇒ Transcription : reflection (mirror) / DNA → RNA

⇒ Translation : make different / 3 base pair(codon) → 1 Amino acid

⇒ 가장 큰 차이점은 oxygen

⇒ DNA는 oxygen이 없기때문에 stable / RNA 는 oxygen이 존재함

  • Which protein make more in cell?

protein A : stable mRNA, transcribe 5

protein B : unstable mRNA, transcribe 100

⇒ answer is A

   stable 한 mRNA가 cell 내에 더 오래 머물기 때문에 더 많은 protein을 만든다.

  • Hidden markov model (HMM)
  • RNA는 environment change에 따라 차이가 있으니까 연구에 활용 가능할 듯.
