<p>In this pathway of colon cancer the <em>APC </em>gene have critical role and ~55% of colon cancer patient have mutation of this gene. so i find to case study of korean and find interesting things.(what is <em>APC</em> gene? and why the korean exon3 mutation is unique? [[APC gene]]) </p>
