From Biolecture.org

One of the important object to take genomics course is that 'Independent and critical thinking performing scientific research'.

I actively using facebook especially science and nature page.

By doing so , I can improve my independent and critical thinking in terms of the scientific knowlefge.

These followings are what i found articles and my scientific critical and independent thinking and questions

1

1. How we can track its lifespan in a scientific way? This way is reliable perfectly? Is there any other way?

2. Can we say it's the longest? Is it scientific expression? There's other possibility, Doesn't it?

2

1. How we can track ant's farming period scientifically? Is is possible to verify in a scientific way?

2. Is there any other species or ant-like insects or bacterium which have been farming plants?

3

1. Can we say that chewing less may have allowed early humans to evolve features something like that? Is it scienfic way?

2. How can we verify that human ate sliced meat on that period in a scienfific way?

4

1. What's the world's largest fish's common features?

2. Environment would affect not only the genomic features. Is it considered or not?

5

1. Can we say that kinds of phenotypes only by using the genotype? Is it scientific?

2. Is there any other factors which affected to first human predecessors to move?

6

1. What's the true meaning of finding the 5000-year old cobs of corn domestication in the act? Is that have scientific meaning?

2. Does genetically modified organism (GMO) would change or affect the next 5000 year's crops or something like that largely?

7

1.  Is it possible to adapt it to the human disease such as nyctalopia?

2.. Those roundworms sense other kinds of light that human can't sense such as uv or gamma rays?

8

1. Does CRISPR doesn't or less off-target effects compared to the other genome editing tool such as talen or zinc-finger? If it's not 100% effiency, Can we use the CRISPR?

2. If we treat the CRISPR or such kind of genome editing tool, does the epigenetic expression such as methylation or sumorlyation would change? (Genome imprinting)

9

1.  Is there any other genetic mark except genomic imprinting methylation or other epigenetic markers?

2.  How can we explain that during meiosis, the epigenetics are cleand up such as mitochondria and chloroplast case?

10

1.  Not only farming , is there any other factors which affected to the species gene drift or evolution?

2.  How can we explain that not the vegetarianism case? In modern society, the inclination of feeding meat-like products.

Would it affect to the gene drift?

11

1. How can we verity the endangered species databases contains misclassified hundreds of animals or it's SNPs or induced by other factors?

2. What's the scientici meaning of finding the misclassified hundreds of animals in terms of science? Is it only for the evoluntionary trace?

12

1. Is most of the virus or pathogenic virus' mutation leads to the deadlier way? or not? If so why?

2. If virus mutation or such kind of variation proceeds, after all, the deadlier virus or pathogens would increase. Is immune system evolves with a pace wiith it?

13

1. There's lots of zebra stripes are exist on each species. such as zebrafish and rodents, zebra and so on. It is the same pathway?

2. How can we select a model organism to reseach such as african mouse? While the popluar model organism such as mouse and others are used.

14

1. What is the scientific meaning uncover a colossal bronze age battle?  Isn't is only unveil the battle?

15

1. Is it people's hunting is the only factor the primates, bats and other mammals? So, can we say hunting leads to other species extinction?

2. What process that a species came up to the extinction? Is there any common trends?

16

1. HIV-like infection virus would mutate and evolve continuously. In that caase, is it meaningful treatment for the AIDS or AIDS-like disease?

2. Can the in -vitro antibody would function in vivo?

17

1. Can we define a term ear? Without ear is possible term to use in the spider?

2. How can we verify that the spider can hear? It's only the qualiatative data isn't it?

18

1. Can we make the CRISPR mutant mosquitoes to induce the gene drift in a world scale not to bite humans?

2. How can we control the mosquito genetic pool? It's hard to handle.

19

1.  What's the scientific meaning of bear dogs once lived in southern texas?

2.  Why is the evolutionary trends along the species are important in a scientific way?

20

1.  Can only with genetic information and enviromental factors determine all of the things?

2.  What is the other environmental factors are exist in the normal activities like uv-irridation or chemicals?
