How to find relationship between telomere length and methylation pattern?

 

Introduction

 

Nowdays, many researchers consider that telomeres affect on life span of orgasnism. However, telomere is not only factor that effect on aging.  One of the most funda� mental epigenetic modifications, which significantly changes over the course of life, is DNA methylation (Weidner et al., 2014).

We can guess that these two factors(telomere length and methylation pattern) has significant relation. Some researchers alreay recognize about these two factors. Telomeres may affect gene expression (Stadler et al., 2013)
