transcription + -ome = transcriptome
transcription + -omics = transcriptomics
RNA → non-coding RNA (tRNA, rRNA / mRNA, siRNA, snRNA, etc) , coding RNA (mRNA)
sequencing of DNA sequence = information of DNA, Genome analysis
general workflow of RNA-seq
mRNA and Total RNA sequencing follow this workflow
sequencing method is same with DNA-seq → convert RNA to cDNA
appropriate methods to prepare target genes
 - single-cell RNA sequencing
 - RNA exome capture sequencing
 - ribosome profiling
there are multiple types of sequencing method for RNA molecules (because RNA has various type)
transcriptomics is important → most of gene regulation occurs in transcription part
other specific, efficient RNA-seq method is required for further research(currently, RNA → cDNA by reverse transcriptase sequencing. direct RNA sequencing would be better)

Even though the gene is the same, transcription level can change before and after exercise by alternative splicing
