<p>&nbsp; As we can found shown in both examples, bioprogramming does not mean by the original programming language only for bioinformatics, but the use of existing general programming language such as Java<a href="http://www.ijcse.com/docs/INDJCSE11-02-06-087.pdf">[3]</a>&nbsp; or R<a href="http://cran.r-project.org/doc/contrib/Krijnen-IntroBioInfStatistics.pdf">[4]</a>&nbsp;specially for bioinformatics.</p>
