<p>One of the important onject object to take genomics course is the that&nbsp;&#39;Independent&nbsp;and critical thinkingperforming scientific research&#39;.</p> <p>I actively using&nbsp;facebook especially science and nature page.</p> <p>By doing so , I can improve my independent and critical thinking in terms of the scientific knowlefge.</p> <p>These followings are what i found articles and my scientific critical and independent thinking and questions &nbsp;</p>

<p>1.Does CRISPR doesn&#39;t or less off-target effects compared to the other genome editing tool such as talen or zinc-finger? If it&#39;s not 100% effiency, Can we use the CRISPR?&nbsp;</p>

<p>2.If we treat the CRISPR or such kind of genome editing tool, does the epigenetic expression such as methylation or sumorlyation would change? (Genome imprinting)</p>

<p>1.&nbsp;Is there any other genetic mark except genomic imprinting methylation or other epigenetic markers?&nbsp;</p>

<p>2.&nbsp;How can we explain that during meiosis, the epigenetics are cleand up such as mitochondria and chloroplast case?&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>1.&nbsp;Not only farming , is there any other factors which affected to the species gene drift or evolution?&nbsp;</p>

<p>1.How can we verity the endangered species databases contains misclassified hundreds of animals or it&#39;s SNPs or induced by other factors?&nbsp;</p>

<p>2.What&#39;s the scientici meaning of finding the misclassified hundreds of animals in terms of science? Is it only for the evoluntionary trace?&nbsp;</p>

<p>1.Is most of the virus or pathogenic virus&#39; mutation leads to the deadlier way? or not? If so why?&nbsp;</p>

<p>2.If virus mutation or such kind of variation proceeds, after all, the deadlier virus or pathogens would increase. Is immune system evolves with a pace wiith it?&nbsp;</p>
