<p>Transcriptome is a set of all RNA molecules such as mRNA, rRNA, tRNA and non-coding RNA in one cell.</p>
<h2>Feature</h2>
<p>Unlike the genome which is fixed for a given cell line excluding mutation, the transcriptome can vary with environmental conditions. Because the genes expressed actively at given time is different.</p>
<p>Therefore, the transcriptome can be refer to expression profiling.</p>
