In my opinion, UNISTARs are forced to use English in lecture time. We are not so good at English as a native speaker, so we need lots of efforts to express our idea during lecture. In other words, our brain has to process both thinking about topic and translation of the result of thinks simultaneously. When we think about theme and translate our idea, the theme has been changed already.
