Topic : Bioprogramming

 

The purpose of bioprogramming is to understand the program of life by computer programming.

How do i hack the life? 1. do experiment to get data to understand biological circuits.

Interactome.

yeast-two-hybrid. yeast interactome.

The network need to be both efficient and safe.

Architecture is very important.

 

Questions

1. What kinds of different types of biological networks are there? neural network/protein-protein interaction

 

We use computers for simulation. The screen simulates a paper. Computer is a nice tool to simulate.

HW: Define 20 most important words in my life and put them on my wiki. 

 

Programming is designing an architecture. Coding is a tool of programming.
