What are good motivations for an active participation in classes and research?

You should find satisfaction in:

 

1) By contributing to the class

2) By helping other people express their own ideas freely

3) By feeling the team work working and enjoying it.

4) By discovering my mistakes and short-comings through the class discussions and brainstorming.

5) Realizing other people's great ways of solving problems.

 

You should not motivated by:

1) Feeling superior to others by giving the best opinions and ideas.

2) Feeling that I am ahead of others and being competitive

3) Feeling excited by the fact that I get recognition from the teacher and other students.

4) Knowing that I am the smart(est) person in the class
