'Choroid plexus on chip'
Choroid plexus is a extremely understudied tissue. To advance our understanding, in vitro modeling of choroid plexus is needed.
Considering the native structure of choroid plexus, it is better to be recapitulated in microfluidic system rather than organoid.

[single cell RNA sequencing]
Among choroid plexus epithelial cells, there are undefined subtypes. To identify these unknown subtypes, lab-grown choroid plexus tissue will be analyzed by scRNAseq.
There many problems to use human brain tissue

[Proteomics]
Choroid plexus produce cerebrospinal fluid. It contains numerous neurotrophic factor that can rejuvenate adult brain.
To validate 'choroid plexus on chip' that it can produce authentic CSF, the chip-derived CSF will be analyzed by proteomics and be compared with patient-derived CSF.
