<p style="margin-left: 40px"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><span style="color:#333333; font-size:10pt">&nbsp;For this process, first we need to do is collecting data. Bioinformtics usually use data&nbsp;driven&nbsp;approach rather than hypothesis driven approach, so in order to do this,&nbsp;making&nbsp;data from the experiment is important. For example, in order to&nbsp;make data from&nbsp;protein, we do immunoprecipitation or yeast two hybrid screening. Then, we draw circuit. Network biology is one of the biological studies which study about network, circuit.&nbsp;In other word, this biological network is architecture of biolological system. This &#39;architecture&#39; is important thing in the most area. For example, as Jong and student says, google have more efficient architecture than Samsung. In order to build, architecture is needed. Economy, immune system, learning&nbsp;method&nbsp;in the class( student - teacher ) and so on. All of these are&nbsp;architecture. Then, in bioprogramming, coding is just tool for the programming, and what we need to do, and important thing is &#39;making architecture&#39;</span></span></p>
