Darwin’s theory insists that evolution occur due to coincidence mutation. If the mutation is suitable for nature, it survives in more frequently. However, there is some error. From virus, bacteria to human, most organisms evolved from simple organisms to higher organisms. In this case, lots of genetic information should be added to simple organisms. However, almost genetic mutation is rearrangement of existing genetic information and deletion of information. For example, finches in Galapagosisland, have very diverse beak due to mutation of ALX1 gene. (rearrangement of existing genetic information) So, it is not easy to simple organisms become higher organisms by genetic mutation.
