 Genomics

 What is genomics?

 Interesting terminologies and subject

We can simply tell the difference between micro and macro.

Micro- : Things that we can't see.

Macro- : Things that we can see.

 Ome-

- This is the term to present something complex

 Algorithm

It's not just one single, but multiple complex. And there are step by step operations.

How do we solve some problems?

 - We firstly need to gather data. And analyze them.

 Who analyzes statistic problems?

- Inteesting thing is there is just two things that can ananlze statistics in universe.:Natural neuronal network(Brain)  and artificial neuronal network(Computer).

I think somehow, alien may be added as new catalog.

 PSG

- For example, in tiger, there are tiger's variants. They are kinda prior genes, compared to other species

Is there gene which can predict car accident?

 - Maybe yes, For example, genes related with eye sight or mental desease can tell us probability of car accident.

In aspect of this logic,  Ithink from analyzing genes, talant of each person can be predicted in the young. For example, if muscle gene for swimming is overexpressed, he will be good at swimming later.

Interesting point in this class is that

Can we obtain PSG s from other species? If we can, human being can live more than 100 years like whale. And we can eat law matrial like tiger.

To obtain some super phenotype or cure desease, genomics is important.

 Transcriptomics

 What is transcriptomics?

We can simply say this term is that RNA is more important than DNA and protein.

 Interesting terminologies and subject

 Protemics

 What is protemics?

 Interesting terminologies and subject

 Ligand

- Anything with which proteins interect or bind.

Sequnce identity

Major mechanisms in terms of protein are

 - Expressions

 - Degradation

  - Interaction.

How do we find out all of proteins in the cell?

- Difficult point of this is that it's hard to detect certain  small amount of protein.

So, my idea is ampifying like PCR for DNA. If we can ampify proteins, all of proteins in one cell could be identified.

Then, how can we amplify certain protein? Over express genes related with translation. Over translation would make more proteins than before.

Or bloking genes and organelle related with potein degradation would give high amount of proteins.

But it would kill cell because of abnormal amount of poteins. We need to think antoehr idea.

 Epigenomics

 Canceromics and Geromics
