Personality of DY

Pros

1. Sincerity

 When take some works, I can do that sincerity and 100% keep promise (about time or quality)

2. A lot of curious

When i learn or do somethings, i have a lot of curious, and it improve the quailty of my works and thinking.

3. Good at Teamwork

When working as a team. i can do more than 100% that i can do and also encourage my team. because i work as a team or do competition with team since when i was young.

4. Highly concentration 

When i concentrate one work. i can do it fast and presice.

 

Cons

1. Leadership is not good

My leadership is not good. when i was head of some club or team. I can leads people to work but manytimes i do work alone because it is hard to talk someone to do work.

2. Can't deal with many tasks for a time

i can't deal with many tasks for a time. i can do work one tasks at a time and it make more efficiency

3. Hard to work alone

To me work alone is to hard. I like talk or discuss about the problem and improve together and find answer together.
