Genomics HW
1) Define Genomics your own way after doing research on what genomes are and how we study.
Genomics is one branch in biology which has a similar concept with genetics, used to analyze the structure of genomes but by bioinformatics.
2) What is the origin of genomics?
Please refer to the table below and the origin is the word 'Genome' in 1926.

3) History of genomics?
Please, refer to the graph above.
4) The future of genomics?
I think Genomics can be applied to a variety of possibilities like aging, regenerative tissue engineering and individual medicine, etc. Actually, there are way too many.
5) What is the relationship with other omics?
Genomics is the OMICS. There are lots of -omics such as proteomics or metabolomics. OMICs is a collective study which is focus on structure and dynamic functions. They are all connected with each other by bioinformatics (quantification).
6) How can we engineer genomes?
There are many ways in engineering genomes but how about radiation or stong electricity?
