Bioprogramming

definition of bioprogramming that I think

Bio-programming is program artificial organism in cyber space using biological information.

What is "real"?

Reality vs Virtual Reality

Reality is everything that actually exist. Virtual reality is similar to reality, However, virtual reality is thing in computer-simulated space.
Although virtual reality exists in computer, it is also reality. The only difference is the place where things actually exist.Consequently, both reality and virtual reality are related to “Real”.

General organism vs artificial organism

General organism is composed of organic material, but artificial organism is composed of computer code in cyber space.
However, if artificial organism is same with general organism except material that is composed, artificial organism can be regarded as organism.

What is the difference between lecture and presentation?

In my thought, lecture is only transmitting definite knowledge to others.
The key meaning of presentation is to talk and share presenter's own opinion and thinking with others.
Therefore, discussion is important component of presentation.

Transcriptomics

What is 'transcriptomics'?

transcriptomics is the study of the transcriptome that is the complete set of RNA transcripts. Transcriptomics is highly related to functional genomics.

About transcriptome...

Although genome is identical, transcriptome that are transcribed from gene can be different. For example, one horse exists. The transcriptome of the horse before exercise may be different frome that of the horse after exercise. Depending on condition, expression level can be different.

Proteomics

Proteomics is the study of proteins, particularly about protein structure and protein function.

In proteomics, interaction among proteins and expression are very important.
