Research interests and issues
My interest is reverse aging.
Aging is a progressive malfunctionization of information processor (e.g. our body). Degerative diseases are representative symptoms of aging.
We can detect much evidence of aging through multiomics data. (genomics, transcriptome, epigenome, metabolome, etc.)
Recently, researchers (such as David Sinclair) found some chemicals and genes that facilitate reverse aging.
However, we could not yet find the mechanism of aging or reverse aging in detail.
Aging is easily observable by eyes through appearances but the inner malfunctioning mechanisms is under cover.
My hypothesis is that since aging occurs due to disturbed information propagations if we can find the method to resolve the propagation correctly, we can conquer aging.
