Network biology is one of the biological studies which study about network, circuit.&nbsp;In other word, this biological network is architecture of biolological system. This &#39;architecture&#39; is important thing in the most area. For example, as Jong and student says, google have more efficient architecture than Samsung. In order to build, architecture is needed. Economy, immune system, learning&nbsp;method&nbsp;in the class( student - teacher ) and so on. All of these are&nbsp;architecture.  What I learned in the class

 World is big program. Life, I, and cell are programmed to do something. For example, cell is programmed in the form of DNA.Then, in order to understand this programmed cellular process, we hack the cell by using computer, and this process is called bioprogramming.

Bioinformtics usually use data driven approach rather than hypothesis driven approach, so in order to do this, making data from the experiment is important.
