-Why 4 histone? - I think for the size, 1 is too less to enclose DNA, 2 also, 3 is unstable, 4 is proper, but it need to wrap whole DNA. So 2 pairs of 4 histone.

-Bisulfite Sequencing : detect Cytosine and changed into Thymine, changed Thymine is originally Cytosine.

<Proteomics>
Protein is semiconductor : It is on and off by phosphorylation, using ATP,energy.

-Coil : is for binding!!!, Attacking!!! Ex) Antibody's antigen binding site
-Coiled coil : Toxin, Venome!!!!
