Personal Genomics Institute (PGI) established.
April 19th, 2010, PGI was established by Theragen Inc. as a non-profit research organization. Theragen is the most advanced genomics company in Korea.
Its main projects are analyzing personal genomes and other omes such as transcriptomes.
It is led by Jong Bhak, Ph.D., ByungChul Kim, Ph.D., Sunghoon Lee, Ph.D., MinSeob Lee, Ph.D., Hoyoung Ghang, and TaeHyung Kim.
