- handwrite during class

  • Bioinformatics -> mapping (important parameter)

  • component of life : Energy, Information, Time

  • It is important at what level.

    cell < tissue < organ < organism < population < species < genus < family < order < class < phylum < kingdom < domain < life < universe[1][2]
  • Major 5 domain of bioinformatics

  • epigenetic[후성적인] : A consensus definition of the concept of epigenetic trait as "stably heritable phenotype resulting from changes in a chromosome without alterations in the DNA sequence" was formulated at a Cold Spring Harbor meeting in 2008, although alternate definitions that include non-heritable traits are still being used.[3]
  • http : HyperText Transfer Protocol
