We learn about how they can replicate DNA. But I didn&rsquo;t have any chance about thinking with how many &nbsp;nucleotides are made by one DNA polymerase?. They are depended on these things. First, time that one replication occur. Second, the number of attachments of one DNA polymerase at origin of DNA replication. Third, time of supplying material that are needed to polymerize. And even, there can be little difference with speed of replication in day and night. Others can have affects at replication, but they are so various. In short thinking, the major parameter is those that are firstly mentioned. So I searched about those things.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Introduction</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong>During polymerize, there are two kinds of strand that are divided at origin of DNA replication. One is leading strand and the other is lagging strand. In leading strand, the fragment of DNA are continued to synthesis. In lagging strand, Okazaki fragments that are short fragment and attached with others to newly synthesis DNA, is 100~200base pairs. At each one origin of DNA replication, they can have two leading strand and two lagging strand. In front of the calculation, we presume some things.</strong></p> <p><strong>First, we presume, the time of synthesized base pairs at leading strand and lagging strand is same.</strong></p> <p><strong>Second, At lagging strand, only one polymerase make the whole one side of strand. </strong></p> <p><strong>Third, At one whole DNA structure, only one origin of DNA replication is exist</strong></p> <p><strong>Fourth, Supplying materials and DNA polymerases supply enough that they always exist at DNA strand.</strong></p> <p><strong>Then we can go to calculation.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>At each one DNA, they have one origin of replication and whole four strand that starts synthesis newly. In other words, that means each DNA have 4 DNA polymerase, then if we want to know how many nucleotides are made by one DNA polymerase, we just divide 4 at whole DNA base number and multiply unit time. If we know one DNA strand&rsquo;s base pair number, we can calculate how many nucleotides are made by each DNA polymerase. But there are various DNA length and various shape(dsDNA and ssDNA, circular and linear DNA) of DNA. So we can calculate at each circumstance, no converge at one value.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
