<p>This page is about the server, which is useful for your practical training and homework for Bioinformatics course 2016.</p>
<p>Server informations are following:</p>
<p>- HostName : Cow<br />
<strong>- IP Address : 210.218.217.26</strong><br />
<strong>- Port number : 3030</strong><br />
- CPU : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1620 0 @ 3.60GHz = 8core<br />
- Memory : 32GB<br />
- Storage : /BiO (usable 22TB)<br />
- OS : BioOS (ubuntu), Bioperl installed<br />
<br />
You can connect to this server using Xshell or Putty program. (I recommend Xshell5)<br />
http://www.netsarang.co.kr/download/main.html (It is free for student user.)<br />
<br />
Your account has already been created by your e-mail ID. (ex, 곽병희 for kbh7966)<br />
Password is same as your accound ID. When you first connect to the server, please change your password immediately.<br />
<br />
Your home directory will be "/BiO/Live/yourID" on server. (Plase use your home directory only)<br />
All activities from Bioinformatic course will be conducted on this server. :-)</p>
