<p><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:comic sans ms,cursive">Sanger sequencing&nbsp;is a method of DNA sequencing&nbsp;based on the selective incorporation of chain-terminating dideoxynucleotides(ddNTPs)&nbsp;by DNA polymerase&nbsp;during in vitro DNA replication. This method was developed by Fredric Sanger and colleagues in 1977. </span></span></p>
