How to Study Geromics

Independently reflect on the definition of biological aging before consulting external sources.
Using your own paradigm of how aging occurs, critically evaluate my (Jong’s) lectures. Identify any conceptual or framework conflicts between your perspective and mine.
Formulate a methodology to logically test whether your theories or mine are valid. (You may consult an AI to assist with this logical evaluation).
Analyze the discrepancies between your parameters for Geromics and my own.
If you find it difficult to identify discrepancies despite a rigorous critique, it suggests that the current perspective on Geromics is robust and logical.
Temporarily adopt these ideas as working hypotheses, but remain skeptical; never accept them as absolute "beliefs."
Identify foundational frameworks that are likely to remain stable in the future. For example, consider the tension between "aging as a biochemical process" versus "aging as information processing." While neither can be fully proven or refuted yet, these concepts are essential for building your own unique perspective.
Compile a comprehensive report detailing your framework, data, testing methods, and evidence. This represents the definitive outcome of your scientific research.
