-What is bioinformatics?

Life = information

Bioinformatics = whole biology

Ex. Genomic part of 6 billion = 6 billion bases, 1,000,000 of RNA, microbes and phenotype, epigenetic, protein etc.

-Complicate vs complex: complicate means hard to interpret

-Introduction & Purpose of Bioinformatics course

need to learn PERL and Python

-My goal
