Learn how to motivate yourself.

- Jong Bhak

No one is born with any defined interest of research.

If you decide to learn genomics or bioinfomatics, find methods to motivate your

brain in the most efficient ways.

1) Find materials: read research articles with questions.
Look up research papers only when necessary.

2) Ask fundamental questions (fundamental questions are often dumb. Philosophical questions)

3) Use your imagination and draw pictures in your mind to understand the important problems.

4) Devise your own independent ways to analyzethe problems.
To be like this, you need to understand what 'freedom' is.

5) Come up with logical solutions.

* If possible, do MBTI test and know yourself better:  Free personality test, type descriptions, relationship and career advice | 16Personalities
