This page is about the server, which is useful for your practical training and homework for Bioinformatics course 2016.

Server informations are following:

-     HostName : Cow
-     IP Address : 210.218.217.26
-     Port number : 3030
-     CPU : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1620 0 @ 3.60GHz = 8core
-     Memory : 32GB
-     Storage : /BiO (usable 22TB)
-     OS : BioOS (ubuntu), Bioperl installed

You can connect to this server using Xshell or Putty program. (I recommend Xshell5)
http://www.netsarang.co.kr/download/main.html (It is free for student user.)

Your account has already been created by your e-mail ID. (ex, 곽병희 for kbh7966)
Password is same as your accound ID. When you first connect to the server, please change your password immediately.

Your home directory will be "/BiO/Live/yourID" on server. (Plase use your home directory only)
All activities from Bioinformatic course will be conducted on this server. :-)
