Bioinformatics VS system biology : it is not clearly distinguished.

Bioinformatics is more than just mapping (which is static).

=> It is complex and dynamic system.

It is not a series of switches.

=> nonlinear interactions exist between two nodes.

(However, I don't know that we can make nonlinear interactions by using multiple switches)
