SNPedia & promethease - by Mike Cariaso

"SNPedia is a wiki investigating human genetics. We share information about the effects of variations in DNA, citing peer-reviewed scientific publications. It is used byPromethease to create a personal report linking your DNA variations to the information published about them."

However, in my opinion, there are limitations.

First, it does not tell us the causality. It tells us the correlation. So we need to find the causal gene.

Second, the gene does not tell everything. Actually, protein structures are well preserved than DNA sequence.

To solve these promblems, we have to research multiple types of data such as protein, mRNA and metabolite

and then integrate all together to interpret the biological system.
