Trying to understand cancer

 It's our, me and Kaznagul Sarkyt's first presentation during the semester.

 This presentation about genome remodelling in a basal-like breast cancer metastasis and xenograft. Main essence of this talk, is understanding how cancer genome look like and their behaviour. There is one research paper explained, and author's thoughts and experiments. Moreover, we also provide our ideas about problem and suggest new aspects to the solution. 

Since it was for the first time, we could not understand what professor expected from us. But after presentation, he gave enough reasonable explanations and advice. In this presentation we most gave more focus to explaining about scientific paper, insteed of concentrating more on problem and to own creative solutions. Nevertheless, students learn by mistakes,for the next, we will take that to consideration.
