[05.20.FRI]

1. Interesting things in today's class.

Two aspects of bioprogramming: 1) natural process of information propagation 2) tool.

Hacking is fine but Cracking is illegal act.

How to hack life? Basic step: experiment: to get the data. Then, why data? Data: to know circuit structure. Getting data is the first step.

The most important thing is an 'Architect'. We learn biology to learn the architecture of interactions.

Then what architect should I have? How can we hack the network?

Coding is different with programming.

This idea that map of bioinformatics was very shocking and marvelous.

2. Shortcomings that I have to overcome?

I wanted to ask some questions on the idea that other student present, but I was too shy to speak up. I will try again in the next class for sure.

3. Last commnets

Bioinformatics finished! I want to make a presentation about genomics in next week.
